Our
consultants are trained to help clients diagnose organisational issues, design
interventions and help in the implementation of efforts towards enhancing
organisational capability.
We
have undertaken projects involving organizational visioning, focus group
discussions, employee surveys, feedback sessions, meeting facilitation and
communication workshops.
We
collaborate with the NTL Institute of Applied Behavioural Science in the offer
of learning in the areas of human relations, organisational effectiveness and
change management.
