- Team Building for New Recruits
	Once again, Unicon was appointed to conduct a teambuilding session for the new management trainees from the Asia-Pacific operations of a global company. The event was held at the Orchid Country Club at the end of an induction training program. The participants were excited by the physical and mental challenges posed and bonded to achieve the outcomes desired.
- Training on Team Leadership in Times of Change
	In such times when organizational change such as mergers and acquisitions become common place, preparing the leadership levels in organizations to lead and coach team members to be focused and maintain their energy levels becomes a challenge. Such a theme for the development of the leadership seems to become increasingly common. Unicon Consultants conducted such workshops for two multi-national companies with Asia Pacific operations in the first half of 2006. More runs of these workshops are planned for the rest of the year. The workshops cover topics of performance management, coaching and change management.
