The Ministry of Manpower’s WoW! Grant has provided much needed incentive to small companies to look at providing more flexibility to the workforce so as to foster a culture where employees’ personal life matter even as they contribute their effort to organizations.
Unicon Consultants, who are certified to help organizations in their work life strategy initiatives, have since the introduction of the grant scheme been able to help small organizations to plan for the introduction of measures such as flexible work arrangements with remote access to company data. Many employees are relieved with the flexibility they now have with regard to how and where work may be done.
