NTL-NTU Workshop on OD Approach to Strategic Planning
	Dr Julie Noolan, Chair of the Board of NTL Institute of Applied Behavioral Science, conducted a public workshop on OD Approach to Strategic Planning for the Nanyang Business School on 23 May 2006 at the Raffles City Convention Centre. Besides getting answers to the frequently-asked questions of - What is strategic planning? - Why do strategic planning? - When should an organization engage in strategic planning? - Who should be Involved in the planning? Dr Noolan also provided participants some experience in facilitating the Strategic Planning Process using methodology and examples from an organizational development perspective. The half-day workshop was attended by about 40 participants from both academia as well as practitioners from business organizations.
