Caliper Singapore hosted a Luncheon for top leaders in Singapore organizations at the end of May 06 to share the findings from its study of top women leaders in the Asia Pacific region. This was attended by about 50 leaders from major business organizations, a number of whom are women.
Dr Herb Greenberg, Caliper’s Founder and CEO based in Princeton and Ms Patti Mahar, Director of Consulting and Development based in Shanghai delivered the presentation. This was followed by a discussion chaired by Caliper’s General Manager, Ms Semun Ho with questions posed to Herb and a panel of women leaders comprising Ms Shirley Hew, Sr VP of SNP Corporation, Ms Chew Lee Ching, Managing Director, Mandate Advertising and Ms Kimmis Pun, Director of Private Banking, HSBC.
The Luncheon stimulated plenty of food for thought on the issue of women in top leadership of organizations.
