Nameless Organizational Change
- An Approach to Influencing Change in Organizations
One of the latest book on Change Management has an idea that has no name!

Nameless Organizational Change, written by NTL member Glenn Allen-Meyer and published by Talwood Craig Publishing Company, emphasizes the influencing skills organizational leaders need to be work on rather than the “selling” the change through rather impersonal “institutionalized” programs that few people are concerned about.

Using the ideas presented in the book, Glenn and Unicon’s Priincipal Consultant, Dr Yeo Keng Choo, conducted a 3-day workshop in Beijing in June 2006 for executives in a multi-national company. The response of participants indicated that such an approach might work better in today’s fast-moving, dynamic business organizations.
