Leadership Development Programme

Designed as a 3-4 days residential  or day programme.

Programme is designed at two levels - for managers new to leadership responsibilities and middle level managers being groomed for senior positions in the organisation.

 The design will focus on:

• Awareness of the challenges to the manager's leadership role in the context of the changing business environment;

• Understanding of participants?leadership profiles, the impact on others and developmental needs;

• Leadership skills such as communication, conflict resolutions, teambuilding and change management.
